The Role

As Production Site Director, you will lead the site as the highest-ranking authority and serve as the local representative of the Global Operations Leadership Team. You will drive operational excellence, translate strategy into execution, and ensure the achievement of business, growth, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations and ensure alignment with company goals, values, and regulatory requirements
• Drive excellence in safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and animal welfare standards
• Manage resources, production planning, and budgets to meet performance targets (including EBITDA)
• Lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and motivated work environment
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives to achieve best-in-class operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize capacity and overall operational performance

Your Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in production, life sciences, or animal-related industries
• Strong background in operational excellence and performance management
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Proven leadership and change management capabilities
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Fluency in Danish and English
